How to troubleshoot when a right-click menu (context menu) for Bandizip isn’t displayed properly
After Bandizip is newly installed or updated, you may find that a right-click menu (context menu) for Bandizip isn’t displayed properly as follows when you right-click an archive on the File Explorer.
The context menu is displayed in light color even when using Dark mode.
Text in the context menu is displayed larger or smaller than other text.

Settings ▶ Personalization ▶ Colors ▶ Choose your color ▶ Dark

Settings ▶ System ▶ Display ▶ Scale and layout ▶ Change the size of text, apps, and other items
Cause of problem & Troubleshooting
This problem is caused by bugs in the File Explorer. Bandizip uses the OwnerDraw property which is provided by the OS to implement the "Preview Archive" feature. Because of some bugs in the File Explorer itself, however, the feature with the OwnerDraw property may fail to appear correctly; the context menu for Bandizip may not be displayed properly as well.
There is no perfect solution currently to this problem. You may disable "Preview Archive" in the settings of Bandizip as an alternative.
